VectrForce β€” Brand Name Selected 2026-02-28 ~6:10 PM EST

  • AI Team-as-a-Service brand name: VectrForce (chosen by Jason)
  • Domain: vectrforce.ai (recommended) β€” vectrforce.io, .co, .ca also available
  • vectrforce.com is taken β€” someone else has it
  • Social @vectrforce β€” appears unclaimed (all existing "vector force" accounts use full spelling with 'o')

Policy Fix: Todoist Action Items β€” 2026-03-01 ~12:10 AM

Problem identified by Jason: Agent check-ins were flagging action items and LinkedIn approval needs in chat only β€” not creating Todoist tasks. Agents were only creating Todoist tasks for file deliverables, not for decisions/approvals needed from Jason.

Root cause: No explicit rule requiring agents to create action-item tasks in Todoist. Only the file attachment rule existed.

Fix applied:

  1. Added "🚨 Todoist Action Item Rule" section to AGENTS.md (mandatory for all agents)
  2. Added same rule to TOOLS.md (so subagents reading that also see it)
  3. Created 7 missing Todoist tasks retroactively:
    • Post 11 approval (URGENT β€” fires 8:30 AM Mon March 2)
    • VectrForce LinkedIn posts approval
    • Haytek proposal send ($40K USD)
    • Basketball Phenoms proposal send
    • 5 overdue follow-up emails
    • LinkedIn profile update
    • vectrforce.ai domain registration

Policy summary: Any output requiring Jason's decision/approval/action = Todoist task. Chat is ephemeral, Todoist is the system of record. LinkedIn posts are the most common miss β€” every drafted post gets an approval task.
